Luscombe Maye is one of the leading multi-faceted rural surveying businesses in the south west with a professional team undertaking land agency, rural planning and agricultural consultancy.
We are looking to expand our Totnes based team under the heading of Agricultural and Rural Planning to meet the increasing demand for our services throughout the south west. We act for a vast array of clients including farmers, landowners, investors and private individuals covering an area from Dorset through to west Cornwall. We require a Rural Surveyor to work in the South Devon area and be based in Totnes.
The successful candidate will join the Agricultural and Rural Planning team based in the market town of Totnes and will be given the opportunity to grow with the business with opportunities for partnership in the future. You will be warmly welcomed to our close knit team where our busy estate agency office and the rural planning team share a contemporary high street location office.
The ideal candidate would be working towards their RICS and CAAV qualifications or be recently qualified in one or the other.
Luscombe Maye is a dedicated business supporting their Rural Surveyors in the necessary qualifications and will pro-actively assist in the candidate becoming qualified and therefore undertaking all the necessary CPD and tutorial events. It is important that the candidate has a practical mind with a common sense approach. However we would wish that they have the skills to offer exciting alternative solutions to common problems.
