In December this year Luscombe Maye staff ventured upstairs into the attic of the Kingsbridge offices of Luscombe Maye. There they had the rather dusty task of sorting through the oldest files still held by the firm, some dating back to the 19th Century. Many of these very old files were of some historical interest and have been passed to a local Historical Society for examination.

One of the most immediate finds was not dusty or faded. It was a photograph, which judging by the style of the lady's dress and the date we believe we can read on one of the posters, was taken circa 1930.
